High School Chinese Continuing Program (Grades 9–12)
Class Time: Saturdays 10:40 AM–12:40 PM
Our High School Chinese Continuation Program is designed for students who want to continue strengthening their Chinese proficiency beyond middle school while preparing for future academic and personal success.
This program focuses on developing advanced speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills through meaningful communication, cultural exploration, structured reading practice, discussions, presentations, and real-world language use. Students continue building confidence in Chinese while expanding vocabulary, comprehension, fluency, and written expression.
The program also provides preparation for AP Chinese Language and Culture through AP-style speaking, listening, reading, and writing activities. Students practice interpretive communication, cultural comparisons, conversations, presentations, and timed responses in a supportive small-group environment.
Our goal is to help students maintain and grow their Chinese abilities throughout high school while developing strong communication skills, cultural understanding, academic confidence, and long-term language proficiency.
