After-School Chinese Tutoring & Homework Support (K–5)

 

Our K–5 After-School Chinese Tutoring Program follows the Beaverton School District calendar and is designed to support students currently enrolled in Chinese immersion or Chinese language programs who need additional help and practice.

This program focuses on reinforcing Chinese lessons, providing homework support, and strengthening overall Chinese language proficiency in a small, supportive learning environment.

 

Schedule

Monday–Thursday
3:30 PM – 5:00 PM

Tuition

  • 4 days per week: $300/month

  • 2 days per week: $165/month

  • 1 day per week: $85/month

 

Program Benefits

This program is ideal for students who would benefit from extra support beyond their regular Chinese classes. Students build confidence while improving their Chinese language skills through guided practice and personalized instruction.

Tutoring Focus Includes

  • Review and reinforcement of Chinese school lessons

  • Homework assistance aligned with students’ Chinese curriculum

  • Strengthening Chinese speaking, reading, and writing skills

  • Listening comprehension and vocabulary building

  • Small-group instruction with experienced bilingual teachers

  • Low student-to-teacher ratio: 1 teacher for every 4 students

 

Tuition & Policies

Tuition for the school year is averaged into nine and a half equal monthly payments for convenience.

Please note that there are no refunds or credits for absences due to illness, holidays, or personal vacations. Missed days cannot be carried over or made up.
